Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Who are we?
TrialPay is a three year old, eighty person consumer Internet company located in downtown Mountain View, two blocks from Caltrain. Our office is as fun and lively as the shops and restaurants around us.

Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can function as administrative assistant and receptionist deluxe! Just a few of the responsibilities include answering the phone, greeting guests, and maintaining office and kitchen supplies. You will also maintain files, assist with accounting (i.e., A/P entry) and HR, work with department heads on various projects, attend to end-use customers, and help plan company events.

Background/Skills
Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and a go-getter. We are a fast-paced start-up, so self-initiative is critical. This position is best suited for someone who may be embarking on his/her career path and wants the opportunity to work for a great company in an entry-level position with opportunity for advancement.
