Responsibilities:

 The Director of Business Development is reponsible for working closely with TrialPay's customers and partners in a partnership development and business consulting role. The Director will leverage the TrialPay brand by utilizing a personal network of industry contacts and/or making new contacts to introduce the Company to the marketplace. The marketplace consist of brand-name companies in software, online games, publishing and new media. In addition to identifying and building new partnerships, the Director will also focus on expanding the relationship with existing partners to maximize revenue potential.

 Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

* Extensive knowledge of online business models and internet/consumer technology* A foundation in technology, achieved either through education or previous experience in product management, consulting,investment banking, venture capital

* Five plus years in a Business Development/sales role

* Extensive Negotiation experience, including comfort with legal aspects of negotiations

* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside TrialPay

* Prior experience working in a high-growth or startup technology company

* An MBA from a top-tier school

* A sense of humor
