Customer Support Specialist (Part-time)

As our company continues to expand significantly, we are looking for an exceptional, tech-savvy person to join a fun, growing customer support team on a part time basis through the end of the year. This is an opportunity for a key role in an incredibly dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Support Specialist will work on our customer care/tech support team to:
- ensure that our end users are happy
- troubleshoot problems
- help us use consumer feedback to improve our offering
- help find and isolate fraud cases
Requirements:
- Impeccable English grammar and spelling
- Familiarity with FireFox, AIM, and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with databases is a plus
- You need to provide your own laptop as some work may be remote (Windows XP, 10.4 (Tiger), or 10.5 (Leopard) required)
Job Type:
