Customer Support Specialist (Part-time)

About TrialPay:

TrialPay is a fast-growing, internet startup company located on Castro Street in downtown Mountain View.  We share an open, friendly and intellectually stimulating work environment among our team of 80+ employees.

As our company continues to expand significantly, we are looking for an exceptional, tech-savvy person to join a fun, growing customer support team on a part time basis through the end of the year.  This is an opportunity for a key role in an incredibly dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

The Customer Support Specialist will work on our customer care/tech support team to:

  • ensure that our end users are happy
  • troubleshoot problems
  • help us use consumer feedback to improve our offering
  • help find and isolate fraud cases

Requirements:

  • Impeccable English grammar and spelling
  • Familiarity with FireFox, AIM, and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Experience with databases is a plus
  • You need to provide your own laptop as some work may be remote (Windows XP, 10.4 (Tiger), or 10.5 (Leopard) required)

Job Type:
Part-time, Flexible hours (Could be a great role for a student or someone looking for non-traditional hours!)
