About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an exceptional, tech-savvy person to join our lively, hard working User Operations team. Core responsibilities will include ensuring end-user satisfaction, tracking consumer feedback to improve our platform and tackling issues within our payment and transaction system. This role allows for great growth potential and is an exciting opportunity to help impact the development of the User Operations team. A great sense of humor is a requirement, we can promise that you will be laughing with us at least once a day!

Responsibilities:
- Determine priority of customer e-mail support requests and respond in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Proactively review trends to make recommendations for improvement of current processes, procedures, policies and tools to ensure a great user experience.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business application of the company's product line.
- Capacity to identify and track sources of fraud within the network.

Document common questions posed by customers, and help the development team improve the product based on customer input.
